Detection of some influential leaders in the National Alliance that Najaf represented by reference reference Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani in the past days has exercised pressure on Tehran through telephone hotlines with the Iranian clerics to elaborate a common orientation for a fundamental change in the form and nature of the future Iraqi Government to live up to the great challenges facing the country.
Well-informed sources said, that there is harmony between Najaf and Qom and Tehran to replace most of the faces that challenged the leadership of the Government over the past years. Noting that the harmony was translated into dialogues and consensus between the key powers of the National Alliance and a new map to form the next Government coalition was diversion from the corridors and secret meetings.
The sources said that coalition forces had initially to be Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jaafari to head the next Government, although Najaf want to reference an academic non-partisan and previously untested in Government, stressing that the President of the Islamic Council Ammar al-Hakim will be Chairman of the National Alliance for the same seat his father held in the beginning of the founding of the Alliance.
The sources noted that a National Security Council comprising the ministries of Interior, defense and national security and intelligence service will be shaped and has broad powers, and that the Deputy Prime Minister for Security Affairs will be high on floor plans and strategies and implement them, noting that the former Interior Minister and head of the block by Baqir Jabr Al-Zubaidi is probably the hot candidate for the job. The same sources indicated that the Transport Minister Hadi Ameri, head of the defense and Security Committee in Parliament that will have an active role in the follow-up to the security file and examine the performance of the security services and the interrogation of defaulting, said positions of Secretary and General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers will share the Islamic Council and the Ministry of transport of the sadrist movement.
