The Federal Court session began on the lawsuit of the first session of Parliament, while Representative Bassem Khashan confirmed that the outcomes of the first session of the House of Representatives were caused by a lack of understanding of the law.
Representative Basem Khashan said, in his speech before the Federal Court, today, Tuesday, and followed by "Mawazine News", that "major violations occurred due to some deputies who assaulted President Mahmoud al-Mashhadani," noting that "Khaled al-Daraji did not preside over the session legally and did not receive from al-Mashhadani." No communication or assignment.
Khashan explained, "The lawsuit was filed in order to preserve the constitution and the internal law of Parliament," noting that "the outcomes of the first session of Parliament were the result of a lack of understanding of the law by those present." Ended 29/A4
