    The Information/Baghdad:
The former Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Constitutional Amendments Committee, Saeb Khidr, affirmed, on Saturday, the country’s need for urgent constitutional amendments, indicating that some of the amendments will significantly correct the course of the political process.
Khadr said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "the Iraqi constitution is rigid and needs urgent action in order to end political crises and correct the course."
He added that "the constitutional amendments must include clearly defining the largest bloc, as well as broadly amending the political process."
Khader pointed out that “most of the committees that were formed to amend the constitution since 2005 until now clashed with political fluctuations and the lack of a real will for change.” End / 25d
