discussed the coordinating framework in the office of the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, on Friday, with a delegation from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan headed by Pavel Talabani, the latest dialogues on forming the government.
Al-Attar media said in a statement, of which "Mawazine News" received a copy, that "during the meeting, they discussed the latest political and security developments taking place in the country, as well as the ongoing dialogues between the political forces to form the government."
The head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, confirmed, according to the statement, that "the coordinating framework is keen to agree with the rest of the national forces in order to speed up the formation of the government in accordance with the constitutional and legal frameworks."
Al-Maliki pointed out that "our project that we propose and abide by is clear and specific in the consensus on the prime minister and the adoption of the electoral maturity in government representation according to the contexts adopted in the formation of all governments."
In the same context, Hadi Al-Amiri, head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, renewed the position of the coordination framework in "opening up to political forces and strengthening the language of dialogue in order to reach solutions that end the current crisis."
Bafel Talabani stressed that "the National Union is determined to strengthen its relations at various levels and with all partners, especially the forces of the coordinating framework." Ended 29/R77
