The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Al-Sorji, revealed, on Tuesday, the existence of a complete political break with the Democratic Party.
Al-Sorji said in an interview with "Mawazine News", that "there are currently no contacts, dialogues, or understandings between the National Union and the Democratic Party, regarding the file of the Presidency of the Republic."
He pointed out that "the Union insists on the nomination of Barham Salih for a second presidential term, and he is the party's only candidate for the position." Ended 29/A 4
