    Foreign
    Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Wednesday, an agreement with Kuwait to not
    harm the interests of Iraq, and stressed that the militia threats to
    neighboring countries "have no place", while Kuwait has agreed to
    consult on the establishment of ports of Mubarak and FAO.


    Zebari
    said during a news conference, Zebari and Transport Minister Hadi Ameri
    with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the
    Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, said that "Kuwait had agreed with Iraq not to
    harm its interests (through port Mubarak)," adding that "relations
    between the two countries witnessed great development."


    Zebari
    replied to the question bishat threats by Hezbollah to Kuwait, Iraqi
    Wathiq Al-Battat, saying that "threats of militia of neighbouring
    countries could have on relations between Iraq and neighboring
    countries."


    On his part, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid
    Al-Hamad Al-Sabah welcomed any international consultation on the
    establishment of ports of Mubarak and FAO, 1015 GMT Kuwait would take
    into account not to the detriment of the countries in the region. "

    Left
    on Iraqi aircraft to Kuwait for the first time in 22 years, and

    by negotiation and agreement.
