Shafaq News/ An informed source revealed the details of the meeting of the coordination framework of the Shiite blocs, which was held this Friday afternoon.
The source told Shafak News Agency; The meeting witnessed the discussion of the Sadrist bloc's candidate, Jaafar al-Sadr, and the mechanism of passing it in one basket.
He added that the coordinating framework postponed making the final decision until a direct meeting was held with Al-Sadr, which will be determined very soon and after consultation also through a call or an envoy of Al-Hanana.
The source indicated; That the meeting did not object to Jaafar al-Sadr assuming the position of prime minister, but rather supported it.
He pointed out that al-Maliki called al-Sadr after the meeting to inform him of the developments, and in light of that, al-Sadr will be in Baghdad within 72 hours, and he does not rule out coming tomorrow to meet with the framework.
The source continued; That contacts and discussions will continue tonight between the Shiite leaders to speed up the pace of the agreement and end the issue of dialogue to form the next government.
