    Twilight news/investors Union in Kurdistan said Friday that the territory's private sector suffered a loss of up to $ 1 billion because of the security risks and the adoption of the financial budget for Iraq.

    altThe Union warned of dire consequences might lead to the collapse of the private sector if the territorial Government crisis.

    Regional markets were affected by sharply cutting result Baghdad Kurdistan's share of the State budget this year because of disagreements over Kurdish oil exports and other files.

    The militants stormed daash large areas in North and West Iraq Kurdistan's borders increased the economic and financial crisis in Kurdistan.

    Spokesperson for the Union of investors in Kurdistan Yasin Mahmud for "twilight news that the private sector, particularly in the area of trade and investment in the Kurdistan region has seen a marked decline this year.

    Mahmoud attributed the causes to deterioration of the security situation in some parts of Iraq and delay Government formation and adoption of the general budget, in addition to the financial crisis sweeping the region.

    The crisis worsened with the attack on Islamic militants to the disputed areas that were under the control of Kurdish Peshmerga forces.

    And Mahmoud that 30% of factories and laboratories in Iraq in Sulaimaniyah province and mostly stopped working because of the financial crisis.

    He noted that 2013 was the best years of investment reaching $ 14 billion investment ratio but worse is 2014, due to declining investment rate to the lowest level.

    Mahmoud warned of worsening the crisis by saying, "the Kurdistan regional government objective to address the plan economy file because if the collapse of the economy, does not make sense then to God Parliament and Government."
