[size=45]In the ceremonies attended by the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Speaker of the Parliament of Kurdistan, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, the representative of the Iraqi Prime Minister, the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and a number of senior officials in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, representatives of political parties and components, representatives of countries and diplomats, The words of His Excellency President Massoud Barzani, the representative of the Iraqi Prime Minister, the Minister of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs in the Kurdistan Regional Government, and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq.[/size]
