Today, Wednesday, the Federal Ministry of Finance called on spending units in the governorates to receive the books of the lecturers' wage differences, with the exception of two governorates.
The ministry said in a statement, "All spending units in the governorates must review their authorized persons to the ministry to receive books for the differences in wages for lecturers, with the exception of Wasit and Muthanna governorates."
She added, "Work is underway to audit the lists so that the budget department can take the necessary action," noting that "the sums are secured for the wages of all free lecturers without exception."
