    said the ministry's spokesman, Assem Jihad , in an exclusive interview that «the ministry has developed an urgent plan to increase oil exports from southern fields and according to the plans prepared in advance, especially after entering the field Hlvaip first in the province of Maysan service following the completion of the business in the pipeline connecting to the ports of Basra directly».
