In a statement received by Mawazine News, the Commission's Investigation Department said, "After monitoring the details of the case in the media and social networking sites, coordination was coordinated with the competent judicial authorities, and the Central Criminal Investigation Court issued a summons order against the former Minister of Industry and Minerals, as a result of his deliberate violations of his job duties." ".
The statement added that "the order was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 331 of the Penal Code, for the accused's intentionally violations of the duties of the job, by pledging to continue the work of the ministry according to the directives of one of the representatives, with the aim of benefiting people at the expense of the ministry's interest."
