Today, Tuesday, the Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of a summons order against the general manager of the General Company for Automobile and Machinery Trade, as well as the director of the company's legal department .
The authority's investigation department said in a statement, "The second Karkh investigation court issued an order to bring in the general manager of the General Company for Cars and Machinery Trade and the director of the company's legal department, on the grounds of violations in the contract concluded between the company and one of the general contracting companies ."
The department added that "the contract provided for the establishment of a modern commercial complex dedicated to the marketing of cars, machinery, heavy equipment and spare tools in Nineveh Governorate," noting that "the decision of the recruitment order came in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code ."
