On Thursday, the Karkh Investigation Court, which specializes in integrity issues, announced the return of one trillion and 158 billion dinars, after investigations into irregularities in the retirement investment portfolio.
And the judicial media stated in a statement, “The Karkh Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, decided to return an amount of one trillion and 158 billion dinars, after investigations conducted into violations that occurred in the investment retirement portfolio.”
The court confirmed, according to the statement, that "the violations were found in the trial balance of the Rafidain Bank through the Ministry of Finance / the Office of the Minister of Finance."
