[size=45]Today, Monday 12/19/2022, the activities of the preparatory forum for the Oil, Gas and Energy Exhibition and Conference, which is hoped to be held in Basra Governorate in the middle of next year, were launched in the capital, Baghdad.[/size]
[size=45]A member of the Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee, Representative Ali Shaddad, said that the forum was attended by the Minister of Oil and some Iraqi officials, and witnessed wide participation by local and international companies specialized in the field of energy and oil and gas.[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that “the activities of the forum included a comprehensive discussion of the most important challenges and problems facing the oil and gas sector in the country, as well as inviting and encouraging specialized companies to participate in the oil, gas and energy exhibition that will be held in Basra Governorate in May of 2023.”[/size]
[size=45]Shaddad pointed out that the international exhibition, whose activities will be hosted by Basra Governorate in the middle of next year, will be held with the support of the Parliamentary Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee, the Ministries of Oil, Transport and Environment, in addition to the National Investment Commission, the Media and Communications Commission and the Iraqi Economic Council.[/size]
