    [rtl]Before starting to discuss the convulsive repercussions that followed the decision of the Federal Supreme Court, which ruled to cancel all decisions regarding the transfer of funds by the federal government in Baghdad to the Kurdistan Regional Government in violation of the law, I must first stand with me and stand with every Iraqi who is zealous, honorable and keen on the interests of the Iraqi people in all its ethnic and national components, a stand of homage and honor to the brave men of the Federal Supreme Court who embodied in their historic decisions the saying of God Almighty (And if you judge, judge between them justly. Indeed, God loves those who are just). The supreme saying of the Messenger of God, may God's prayers and peace be upon him and his family (and I was commanded to do justice between you),

    And the Iraqi constitution in Article (19/First) stipulates that (the judiciary is independent and has no authority over it except the law), and it stipulates in Article (88) that “judges are independent and have no authority over them in their judgment other than the law, and no authority may interfere in the judiciary or in the affairs of justice.” And it was stipulated in Article (94) (the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court are final and binding on all authorities). All these constitutional texts do not allow any authority to interfere in the affairs of the judiciary or in the conduct of justice affairs. It is neither wise nor courteous to describe the Federal Supreme Court by (Massoud Barzani) as the (Revolutionary Court), such insulting descriptions fall under the title of insulting the Iraqi judiciary, as it was stated in Article 229 of the Iraqi Penal Code No. (111 of 1969) (whoever insults a judicial court shall be punished with imprisonment).

    And what was mentioned in the decision of the Federal Supreme Court two days ago should have been issued before this date and the violators who disposed of the Iraqi people's money in violation of the law should be referred, and the decision came to stop the bleeding of the Iraqi people's money sent from Baghdad to Erbil contrary to the constitution that made oil and gas the property of all Iraqi people in every Regions and Governorates, and contrary to Article (11/a, b, c, d) of the Federal Budget Law For the year 2021.. Is it fair and equitable for Basra to hand over all of its oil produced, which amounts to about six million barrels per day, to the federal government and for Kurdistan to refrain from handing over its oil? Under the pretext that there is no oil law?What logic and what justice is this? If Mr. Masoud Barzani had agreed with the Shiite and Sunni politicians to send the Baghdad government money to the region without handing over all the oil and gas produced by Kurdistan, then he must join them.
