    Today, Monday, the Integrity Commission announced that it had brought in an official whose funds had ballooned to 3 billion dinars.
    The Commission's Investigation Department stated in a statement received by (Baghdad Today) that "the Rusafa Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity cases, ordered the summons against the former General Manager of the General Company for Mining Industries, on charges of inflated funds and illicit gain."
    She added, "The technical report received from the Prevention Department revealed several violations committed by the accused, including: concealing information in his financial disclosure form that led to illegal gain represented by his ownership of Sarh Al Mamoura company with a capital estimated at (1,000,000,000). One billion dinars and owning two properties, in addition to providing false information regarding the sources of his funds.
    And she confirmed that "the value of the inflation occurring in the accused's money, which is not commensurate with his income from the salary, amounted to (2,748,181,000) two billion dinars," noting that "the recruitment order issued against him came based on the provisions of Article (19 / second) of the Commission Law." Integrity and Illicit Gain No. (30 of 2011) amended.
