Said Mahdi Keywords director of the Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in a press statement today that "the Council of Ministers held a session in the holiday of Eid al-Adha to complete the discussion of the draft budget law for fiscal 2014," likely "deliver the budget bill to the House of Representatives early next month for approval."
