The American newspaper “The New York Times” confirmed today, Saturday, that the Pentagon hospital in Germany has begun receiving and treating American mercenaries injured in Ukraine, and is treating them “like military personnel.”
“The US military has begun treating wounded Americans evacuated from Ukraine at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center,” the newspaper wrote.
The newspaper added that many of them were injured by Russian bombing, and some by mines, which forced the Pentagon to provide medical assistance, treat them, and treat them “like American soldiers.”
She pointed out that "thousands of mercenaries, including Americans and retired military personnel, are participating in fighting in the ranks of the Kiev forces in Ukraine."
