An official source at the Ministry of Culture revealed today, Tuesday, the launch date of the grant for journalists, artists and writers for the year 2023, while indicating that the ministry is awaiting the completion of the lists of names of those included in the grant by unions and federations.

The source said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The Ministry of Culture will launch the grant for journalists, artists and writers for the year 2023 at the beginning of next month.”
He added, "The Ministry of Culture is waiting for the unions and federations covered by the grant for journalists, artists and writers for the year 2023 to complete the lists of those included in the annual grant."
The source pointed out, “Most unions and federations are working seriously and quickly to complete the lists and submit them to the Ministry of Culture to begin disbursing funds.”
It is noteworthy that the annual grant for the year 2022 was distributed in August of the current year to those covered by the grant in previous years only. Ended / 25 AD
