Today, Sunday, the National Retirement Authority announced a five-pronged plan to facilitate service procedures for citizens, while confirming the start of creating a phone application to provide services.
The head of the authority, Maher Hussein Rashid, said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency, followed by “Al-Eqtisad News,” that “the authority will proceed towards implementing the file of simplifying and facilitating procedures and providing services to citizens within the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.”
Rashid added, “Simplifying procedures involves many aspects, including the use of information technology, simplifying issues related to administrative correspondence, providing services in the electronic payment file, releasing amounts via the electronic payment card, granting differences, end-of-service and accumulated rewards, and delivering retirement IDs to those concerned.”
He pointed out that "the authority has a special policy during the current year, related to creating a phone application and using it in transactions with the aim of providing services to citizens."
Yesterday, Saturday, the activities to launch the government strategy to simplify services began, under the patronage of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.
