The head of the authority, Ahmed Khalaf, said, “There are 150,000 men who applied to receive the care stipend as female,” noting that “35,000 violators of care were discovered during the last period, and we may reach 300,000 violators in the coming months,” according to Official government news agency.
He explained that "90 percent of the appropriators have social welfare salaries," noting that "most of the organizations that claim to help the poor are organized gangs."
