Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji confirmed, during his meeting with the US Ambassador to Baghdad, Alina Romanowski, today, Sunday, that the Sudanese government is continuing to implement the provisions of its government program.
The media office of the National Security Advisor stated in a statement that “Al-Araji received in his office the US Ambassador to Baghdad, Alina Romanowski, and they discussed the overall political and security situation at the international and regional levels, as well as the continuation of cooperation between the two countries, to enhance security and stability in the region and the world.”
The statement added, “During the meeting, the importance of following up on the memorandums of understanding that were signed between the two countries during the recent visit of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, to Washington was emphasized.”
Al-Araji stressed that “the Sudanese government is continuing to implement the paragraphs of its government program, and that its paths and paragraphs enjoy political support from various Iraqi political forces, to advance the country and achieve the aspirations of the people.”
