[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid stressed, today, Thursday, on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the liberation of the city of Mosul: "The necessity of preserving the gains that have been achieved and strengthening security and stability."

Rashid said in a tweet on the "X" platform: "On the seventh anniversary of the liberation of the city of Mosul and the defeat of the criminal terrorist gangs, we recall the liberation battles and the heroism of our security forces in all their formations in the army, police, popular crowd and Peshmerga, and we also salute the fatwa of the supreme authority that produced that great epic."

He added: "We affirm on this occasion the necessity of preserving the gains that have been achieved, and we stress the need to strengthen security and stability throughout Iraq, rebuild the liberated areas, return the displaced and achieve the aspirations of our dear people for a free and dignified life."

He continued: "Mercy and eternity to all the martyrs of Iraq, and shame on the criminal killers." / End 2[/rtl]
