    Baghdad Provincial Council announced today, Saturday, the move to limit the phenomenon of fake car sales companies, indicating that this phenomenon is threatening community security.

    Council member Ahmed Mohsen said to[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/133473/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D9%86%D9%8A%D9%88%D8%B2/ar/]Alsumaria News[/url]"The fictitious companies that sell cars in installments have spread in recent years due to weak oversight first and the exploitation of social media second," he said, indicating that "there is exploitation of citizens' needs, as citizens are lured through advertisements that they do not need a sponsor, and this pushes citizens to go to those companies, most of which are fictitious companies."


     
    He added, "This issue is primarily subject to the monitoring of economic security, which is part of the work of the Ministry of Interior and falls under fraud according to Article 456 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, as amended."
     
    He said that "[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/3035111193/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D9%85%D8%AD%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%B8%D8%A9 %D8%A8%D8%BA%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF/ar/]Baghdad Provincial Council[/url]He monitors and follows up on every small and big thing according to the constitutional powers granted to him,” noting that “the Ministry of Interior and National Security will be addressed to limit this phenomenon that is destroying community security and establishing the concept of a lack of trust in government institutions and private sector institutions.”
