[rtl]Today, Sunday, the Carpets and Furniture Company announced the distribution of cash dividends of 80% of the capital.[/rtl]
[rtl]The head of the Iraq Stock Exchange Investors Association, Dr. Alaa Al-Moussawi, said in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", "The General Authority held its meeting today in the hall of the Iraqi Economists Syndicate in Baghdad Al-Mansour, and the meeting included the following:[/rtl]
[rtl] 1- The Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and the final accounts for the year 2023 were discussed and approved unanimously.[/rtl]
[rtl] 2- It was decided to distribute cash dividends at a rate of 80% of the capital.[/rtl]
[rtl] 3- Discharging the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors and rewarding them.[/rtl]
