Today, Tuesday, the head of the Al-Faw-Zakho bloc, Amer Abdul-Jabbar, described the performance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as timid and not up to the level of responsibility regarding the blatant Turkish violations of the country's sovereignty.

Abdul Jabbar said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "Parliament hosted the Minister of Defense and several security leaders in addition to the Minister of Foreign Affairs to discuss the file of Turkish attacks on northern Iraq."
He added that "the number of Turkish violations over the past years has exceeded 220,000 security violations of the country's sovereignty," noting that "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is supposed to document the Turkish violations and present them to the United Nations and the UN Security Council."
He explained that "the performance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the blatant Turkish attacks on Iraq's sovereignty was not at the required level, noting that "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is supposed to carry out its duties in taking a firm Iraqi position against Turkey."
