[size=45]Today, Thursday, August 8, 2024, Mr. Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, the Federal Minister of Interior, met in his official office with Mr. Faris Issa, Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Representation in Baghdad.
[size=45]During the meeting, the general security situation in the country was discussed, in light of the security and military developments witnessed in the region.[/size]
[size=45]The meeting also discussed the high security coordination between the Federal Ministry of Interior and the Kurdistan Region, and the services provided to citizens.[/size]
[size=45]The Minister praised the efforts of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s representation in strengthening relations between ministries and official institutions in the federal and Kurdistan Regional governments.[/size]
[size=45]For his part, the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s representation in Baghdad stressed that maintaining security and stability is a solidarity mission and a national duty, and everyone must cooperate and unite to preserve the security and sovereignty of the country.[/size][/size][/size]
