    Information/Baghdad...
Member of the Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee, Mohammed Radhi, warned today, Friday, of the danger of the tensions in the region and their development towards a comprehensive war.
Radhi told Al-Maalouma, "Iraq's economic situation is very fragile and depends on the sale of oil and its revenues to be converted into salaries and investment plans that serve the country's interests, pointing out that the worsening situation will negatively affect Iraq from an economic perspective, especially if oil exports stop."
He added, "The Iraqi economy is one-sided, and this poses a danger to the country's situation, especially in light of the tensions experienced by the region, which threaten the outbreak of war and the cessation of oil exports."
He called on the government to "take measures and reconsider its calculations to avoid any emergency in the region." End 25N
