There are many media responsibilities and duties that the Iraqi Media Network covers, which are characterized by their continuous daily nature, and this is what all media outlets and news platforms are accustomed to. But when duty requires you to cover miracles, this is like a mountain of responsibility that goes beyond the usual line, and among these miracles is the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), which was and still is a witness to patience and victory, existence and eternity, and has become one of the wonders of the current era without exaggeration, which expands every year to embrace more participants, and which has become more like a (global event), with multiple peoples and nationalities, with different messages and languages. The beginning came with direct instructions from the honorable Prime Minister that the occasion be global and that the network be an ambassador in conveying this message, and this is a great honor and great trust beyond trust. The Iraqi Media Network immediately summoned all its formations, directorates, various channels, the Documentary Production Directorate, and its radio stations that delivered the sound with the image, in addition to the network’s electronic platforms that were the key to influence for all hearts, as well as the Sabahna newspaper, which we are proud of what it has presented, and the network’s magazine that excelled and innovated, and our news agency that took the lead in everything, and all our professional creativity departments were obliged to have clear plans and steps to collect all these events and deliver them to the interior and exterior, moment by moment, day and night, so the issue became global with the image, sound and letter..
It is nothing but a will whose owners employed their media, artistic and engineering energies. In the directorates of the Iraqi News and General Channels, keenness and vigilance were constant for all its staff, and throughout the days of the visit until the morning, so that the final image would be worthy of their efforts and their network, and they would register their name on the list of excellence and success, strongly supported by the Radio and Television Stations Directorate with its network of correspondents, radio stations, engineering departments and stations in the field around the clock in the governorates And the roads, starting with the border crossings, to Karbala, the eternal and free.. and behind all of them stand the staff of the Engineering Affairs Directorate and the studios, the shadow soldiers who were not outdone by time, so they outdid it in monitoring, processing, and securing professional engineering and technical supply lines. Yes, our special, administrative, financial, transportation, planning, and auditing directorates succeeded in supporting the effort to implement the mission. Yes, the staff of the harmonious single team excelled in covering all the events on the various routes of the visitors and from all their axes. Yes, it is [the miracle of Arbaeen] and the successes of the network and the creators.. Yes, he is the Master of Martyrs who deserves this effort and more from us. Here, I stand with respect and gratitude, with sincere greetings and gratitude, all our media, technical, and engineering staff who accompanied the most prominent event in the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and all the occasions of the homeland and the state.
And great thanks and appreciation to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and its esteemed members who followed up, from the first hour of their start, through the hours of coverage and up to this hour, and to the coming days, efforts and follow-ups together, God willing.
And to all the media outlets supporting the coverage of this great event, may God grant us and them more and new things in serving our country and our people.
