Hanoun stressed in a speech during the Integrity and Youth Conference, which was attended by Alsumaria, that youth are the driving force for change and development, so the decision maker must give youth a role in contributing to making the future, stressing that “youth must participate in political, social and economic life and contribute to social change by building the righteous group and moving with enthusiasm towards advanced positions in leading the nation.”
He considered that "the youth today face the danger of corruption and injustice, the existence of one is decisive for the existence of the other, so they are two sides of the same coin."
Hanoun considered that "there are no clear rules that guarantee the application of laws to everyone without discrimination, and this has wasted great efforts made to achieve justice and combat corruption," stressing that "reform cannot make its way in the nation unless there is a culture that encourages people to reject corruption."
