Study to include {intermediate specialties} in the appointment within the 2025 budget

The Federal Public Service Council seeks to determine its need for job grades within the next year's budget 2025, stressing its intention to include intermediate working specialties to include them in upcoming productive projects.
The official spokesman for the council, Saad Al-Lami, told Al-Sabah: "The council, within the framework of its employment efforts for all segments and outputs in the country, and after employing 74,000 of those covered by Laws 67 and 59, who are the first and holders of higher degrees, is now seeking to include other categories, which are human resources who do not have high academic qualifications, noting that it is currently conducting a study to determine the actual need for job grades in order to allocate them within the next year's budget 2025, in coordination with the Finance Committee in Parliament, which supports the council in performing its duties."
Al-Lami pointed out that "the administrative apparatus now needs multiple energies from citizens who are considered middle working classes that are employed in all sectors, especially since the state is about to revive new industrial, agricultural and production projects, stressing that the council has important departments that conduct multiple surveys of the reality of the administrative apparatus in the state, and in light of that, it submits various proposals in order to absorb the greatest possible amount of all outputs without exception, followed by submitting these proposals to the legislative and executive authorities, as it does not take any administrative action without referring to these two authorities." In addition,
Al-Lami stressed the need to create a comprehensive database for employees in the public and private sectors and enhance cooperation between them to achieve sustainable development, pointing out that there are obstacles that stand in the way of the council assuming all its tasks, most notably the existence of tasks and powers that conflict with other ministries and departments, which requires the support of parliament in creating legislation that includes resolving the overlap in powers and the council assuming full responsibility for achieving its tasks.
