Civil Service Council: Study to appoint new categories in 2025

The Public Service Council is currently working on determining its need for job grades within the next year's budget (2025), announcing its efforts to include intermediate working specialties in the appointment to include them in new productive projects.
The official spokesman for the council, Saad Al-Lami, explained to "Al-Sabah" that "the council, within the framework of its employment efforts for all segments and outputs in the country, and after it succeeded in employing (74) thousand of those covered by Laws (67) and (59), who are the first and holders of higher degrees, is now seeking to include other categories, which are human resources that do not have high academic qualifications."
He pointed out that "the council is currently working on conducting a study of its actual need for job grades in order to include allocations for them within the next year's budget (2025) in coordination with the Finance Committee in Parliament, which is considered a support for the council in performing its duties."
He pointed out that the administrative apparatus needs multiple energies from citizens who are considered middle working classes who are employed in all sectors, especially since the state is about to revive new industrial, agricultural and production projects.
Al-Lami stressed that "the council has important departments that conduct multiple surveys of the reality of the administrative apparatus in the state and will present various proposals in light of them in order to absorb the greatest possible outputs without exception, followed by submitting these proposals to the legislative and executive authorities."
