    My theory is the Dinar is event driven, not time driven.  Meaning all the pieces need to fall into place.   Like a puzzle pieces revealing the picture. 

    The key word is, "Economic Development". This will be the reason (excuse) to raise the currency value.  

    This is the picture I am helping to reveal.

    Reveal, no worries here, sounds way more important than a budget except, we need the budget so we can move on to a new CBI Governor.
