BAGHDAD / NINA / The MP, of the state of law coalition, Hadi al-Yasiri
predicted to pass the law of infrastructure in the same way in which the
    general budget passed.

Yasiri said in a press statement today
12, March "We completed all details about the law, with the rest of the
blocs, both through projects presented by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki
in his visit to the Parliament or by the relevant ministers."

    Yasiri
added: "The National Alliance will ask parliament speaker to put the
law in the agenda for a vote, but if some blocs insisted not to pass it
for partisan interests, we will invite all national partners, who stood
firmly for approving the budget public, to take the same position and
pass the law of infrastructure in the same way. "

    He stressed:
"The consensus is necessary in political issues and laws, but the
interests of the citizen and the services laws are red line, and the
majority will be the only option for the National Alliance, which will
move through, in everything linked to the interests of the Iraqi
    people."

The House of Representatives passed, last Thursday, the
federal budget law for 2013 in majority, after being voted the absence
    of Kurdish lawmakers.

The House of Representatives could not
reach an agreement to pass the law of the infrastructure, where opinions
around the law divided the blocs that some see the law would restrict
Iraq with debts amounting to more than 37 billion dollars, in addition
to the possibility of corruption in state institutions.

    The vote
on the law had been postponed more than once because of the absence of
some blocs or withdrawal, including the Kurdistan Alliance and the
Iraqiya List, which led to a lack of quorum. / End
