BAGHDAD (Iba) ... According to Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) they are currently working in cooperation with the regulatory authorities and Iraqi preparing regulatory structure put Zain Iraq IPO, which will be presented to all shareholders in the company of Iraq.
She Zain Group that according to the terms of the license granted to Zain Iraq, it requires put 25 percent of the company's shares in the Iraqi market for securities, and therefore share the 25 percent that will be in the market for securities Iraq belongs to all shareholders of Zain Iraq, note Ban Zain stake in Zain Iraq, amounting to 76 percent to date.
