    [ltr]Khandan - said Saad al-Hadithi, spokesman for the office of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said that the withdrawal of the bills from the House of Representatives was in order to adapt it and make it fit with the reforms of the government's new economic vision. 

    A newborn in remarks to the Iraqi Media Network, that "the government withdrew the bills from the House of Representatives, which was presented by the previous government because they are made under conditions different from the financial situation, which is currently experienced by Iraq," explaining that "a lot of projects that provided in the previous government arranged a large financial burden on the current government in the event of approval, so there need to be reviewed, taking into account the financial circumstances in the country. " 

    Sabri pointed out that "there are some projects that made direct contact with the reforms undertaken by the government and restructuring the economy and financial and administrative reform of the government," stressing that "the withdrawal of some of the laws is in order to adapt them more convenient and make it with reforms and new economic vision of the government and in regard to the restructuring the economy and stimulate investment and enhance the role of the private sector and the reform of state institutions on the administrative and financial level. " 

    He newborn "can not be a cabinet re-laws to the House of Representatives and one payment, but will be returned after study and vote on them within the Council of Ministers, after the re-drafting of texts and add other paragraphs, by the competent authorities in the Council of Ministers of Paradise."
