    Deputy for the National Alliance said that the political blocs "determined to pass a general amnesty law and reduce the government exceptions to only four."
     Said MP Abdul Salam al-Maliki said in a statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that "the government has sent a general amnesty law, which includes 14 exception, but we are heading towards the adoption of this law except [to overcome the public money, and convicted of terrorism, It is an act of high treason, a spy, and committing incest. " 
    He continued that "the draft general amnesty law is one of the main items on which formed the current government, but we reject categorically the release of blood on their hands with the blood of Iraqis, so we are keen to pass this law in line with the rights of victims principles", they returned that law "Within the reforms that employs re-covered by the merger of the law in terms of the community."
    And it spins a major dispute between the parliamentary blocs on the re-trial for Awalthakiq covered by the law that decided the presidency of the House of Representatives forwarded to the heads of blocs to resolve differences around him.
