( b )the General Secretariat of theCouncil ofMinisters announced thetop positions all (Director and above) in various media whether office busy person or commissioned by the minister or the non -associated Ministry, presentation and be available to cover, universities andgovernment institutions and the private sector (within theministry or outside). c - the presentation via the website of theGeneral Secretariat of theCouncil ofMinisters and be the submission period (fifteen) days from theannouncement of the vacancy. ( d ) the relevant committee submits its recommendations to the General Committee of theCouncil ofMinisters within fifteen days , theorder ofcandidates indescending order according todegrees ofcompetition, thethree and choose the best according to thecriteria fornomination. e lifts the General Secretariat of theCouncil ofMinisters minutes of thecommittee to the President of theCouncil ofMinisters to take the appropriate decision. 3. ( d ) to operate at least the position ofDirector or any other function oftheir level of not less than three years of thecandidates for theposition ofdirector general or special degree, and general manager and Badrjtah of candidates for theposition ofUndersecretary of the Ministry or of Badrjtah. ( e )preferably has passed thequalification ofcadres offunctional positions tosenior management ,organized by theNational Center for administrative development and information Technology at the Ministry of the planning cycle, and requires urged ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry to engage qualified staff for thenomination forsenior positions in the courses listed or similar courses inside and outside Iraq. ( f ) that areavailable in thecandidate general characteristics and suitable leadership qualities to assume one of the top positions in accordance with the details referred to in thetwo forms offiltration (Alemraafqatan connectivity) . ( g ) support of the integrity of theSupreme national Commission for accountability and justice non -inclusion in any actions shiftwithout assigning it to one of thetop positions.
