Maliki said in a guide issued by the coalition, on Thursday, said he "decided to vote on thecomprehensive change overall."
Maliki said , "but if it was a partial change Fbhrt that at least nine ministers including the key ministries known , " noting that "otherwise refuseto even the nine that were not covered by thesovereign ministries".
