    [rtl]MP Ali al-Maliki on Saturday, that the House will not vote on the ministerial cabin under "threat," saying that Iraq is the era of dictatorship and autocracy of new income. [/rtl]
    [rtl]He called al-Maliki in a statement received "Sky Press," that the Iraqi people to "keep this date, adding:" We have now entered the era of dictatorship and autocracy again. "[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "the Prime Minister when he brought the names of ministerial cabin closed envelope handed to the President of the House of Representatives," explaining that "MPs are required to vote on the names of candidates ministries without know anything about them in advance."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Maliki said that "the President of the House of Representatives formed a committee to study these names, ignoring the role of the MPs who are representatives of the people.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He stressed, "It is not possible and will not be that the House vote on the ministerial cabin under threat." Revealing saying "at this ministerial cabin doomed to some of the names in the same ministries candidates for them to bring out the Anwavq Minister without hold them accountable."[/rtl]
    [rtl] The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi him, on Thursday (31 March 2016), the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri new his cabinet within the file is closed, and pledged to nominate the heads of independent bodies within one month.[/rtl]
