    Chaired
    Dr. Necmettin cream, governor of Kirkuk, on Tuesday, 07/05/2013, a
    meeting of the Security Committee to maintain the presence of the deputy
    governor and head of the security committee in the province of Kirkuk,
    police chief of the province and the Peshmerga brigade commander and
    representatives of the joint security forces and forces Asaish.

    The
    governor of Kirkuk, said the demonstrations is a constitutional right

    He
    said: "We are looking forward to the agreement which was recently in
    Baghdad to resolve the problems in the cities of Kirkuk and Mosul,
    Salahuddin and Diyala."

    The governor of Kirkuk condemned the
    assassination of the representative of the National Accord Movement,
    Engineer Mazen Abdul Jabbar Abu Gilel, pointing out that he was a
    moderate man and believes the new democratic Iraq and the political
    process.

    He pointed to the importance of the review and the
    reality of the proliferation of political parties and organizations,
    headquarters and the importance of working to improve the security
    situation in order to reorganize and open roads necessary to them
    because some of them are exaggerated.

    The conferees Collect the
    importance of peace and security in Kirkuk and strengthen the cohesion
    and unity of the joint security action in Kirkuk.

    He thanked the
    Vice-Chairman of the Security Committee, Sheikh Abdullah Sami Assi
    position of governor of Kirkuk and the provincial council and the
    Department of Health and the provincial police and Asaish for their
    efforts and convictions and attitudes on Hawija events. He stressed that
    the families of the victims in the process of filing lawsuits against
    the targeting them sit in the yard.

    The title alone is exciting showing the Sunnis and Baghdad (Maliki - Central Government) maybe compromising. Like the rest of the reading as well as dealing with the constitution.... ;)
