Plans to the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives re-paragraph accountability or questioning the minister or head of organization is not related to the Ministry in the case of non-implementation of 70 per cent of the investment allocations for the ministry or his circle of the federal budget for 2013. Said committee member Magda Abdel-Latif al-Tamimi said in a statement summarized by"Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network":
"The Committee in connection with re-paragraph accountability or questioning the minister or head of organization is not related to the Ministry in the case of non-implementation of 70 per cent of the investment allocations for the ministry or his constituency within the law the state budget for this year."
and confirmed Tamimi importancethe inclusion of this paragraph within the budget law of the State and are not intended to interrogate the minister for lag-winning projects and correct the situation, pointing out that in the event of non-implementation of projects of the Ministry of certain it is possible that there would be other problems is the financial allocations.
