    [ltr]Kuwait's oil minister proxy Anas Saleh said on Thursday that OPEC member Kuwait does not expect that any concerted action is decided during the next meeting of the organization in June.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Saleh said in Tokyo on the sidelines of a seminar Kuwaiti-Japanese that "the focus of the meeting would be to think and ponder on what additional steps can be taken to stabilize the markets."[/ltr]
    [ltr]During the talks between oil producers in the Qatari capital Doha in April a plan to agree on measures to freeze the production of crude failed after a drop in prices by more than 70 percent since mid-2014 until early 2016.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Saleh said that the focus in the next informal meeting of OPEC to be held in Vienna on the second of June, will be on dialogue and not to intervene in the market.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The thing is expected to hold further dialogue between OPEC members and then after that we will be able to determine what would be appropriate to move forward."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added, "Based on the decline in production, which appeared in the past three weeks, I suppose mainly that the price represents a fall in production."[/ltr]
