[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Baghdad -arac Press -12 May / May: the judiciary announced on Thursday the seizure of cases oftransfer of ownership of real estate based on forged agencies, or to bypass the agent identified by the powers that his client.
A statement of the flags of the judiciary from thefirst instance judge in Kadhimiya Abdullah Mahmoud Court as saying that "several cases we received stating the transfer of ownership of aproperty based on the agency forged."
He added, Mahmoud said that " the judiciary is afull investigation to ensure that an incident of fraud, " pointing to "adjust the number of cases of this type have been processed according to the law."
For his part, the other judge initially, Saad Idan Jabr said, that " the legislature allows the victim to establish a criminal lawsuit against the agency false about him, as it has recourse to the court of first instance to stop the transfer of ownership."
Jabr He continued that "there are other cases to go beyond the borders drawn by his client in the agency concluded betweenthe two parties agent."
He noted the judge initially Kadhimiya that "the principal in this case the option to either approve the waiver, or reject , and here is entitled to refer the transgressor agent to retrieve their rights as well as the abolition of the agency."
