    Baghdad
    (IBA). Accused member services and ages Attorney Suhad Al-Obeidi, three
    mobile phone companies "asiacell, Zain Iraq Cork" to disrupt the
    landing of the fourth licence for mobile phones in the domestic market.

    Al-Obeidi
    said in a statement to the independent press agency (IBA) some of these
    companies of some politicians in the State and this license or adoption
    of the law on telecommunications and Informatics will hinder their work
    and limit benefits through their work on looting and theft.

    "The
    Ministry of communications and Information Services Commission agreed
    in March of last year on the implementation of the draft of the fourth
    mobile phone license in Iraq, stating: the communications and Media
    Commission with the Ministry of communications and some mobile phone
    companies of this license to make the draft disabled".

    "The
    launch of the fourth mobile telephone license will contribute to create a
    competitive atmosphere to mobile phone companies add to delivery good
    service by creating competitive prices between mobile phone companies to
    buy mobile phone lines, banner: the fourth licence would work and
    reduce robberies that time citizens walthil by some politicians for them
    to disrupt the launch of the fourth licence for the domestic market."

    Al-Obeidi
    said: the aim of the mobile phone companies from blocking going down
    the fourth license to market is remaining in control of the Iraqi market
    add to the large debts companies won't pay, saying: that the lack of
    full agreement with communications and the Ministry of communications
    will launch a fourth license to market. "

    Al-Obaidi described the
    law of telecommunications and Informatics "is very important", saying
    that "if approved there will be organized for the work of the Commission
    communication which is today almost loose."

    And noted that a law
    of the Ministry of communications will determine and restrict
    corporations and puts control over the Internet and will control the
    work of the mobile phone companies in Iraq ".(End)
