    [ltr]It confirmed the Information Office of the Prime Minister, Sunday, that the second phase of the liberation of Fallujah plan is about to reach its goals amid alert troops to enter the center of Fallujah, pointing to the transfer of security responsibility to spend the vine to the local police in Anbar.[/ltr]
