[ltr]The US embassy said the new reforms for the management of Iraqi funds will assist in the supervision of the capital investment of the government's budget, worth 400 billion US dollars, adding that "the development of management software developer {IDMS} and the system updated signings will ensure fair and transparent management of Iraqi funds."[/ltr]

The conference also saw the launch of" development management software developer {IDMS} and the system updated engagements "aimed at achieving a more efficient projects, government development management, as well as funded by donors of development projects in Iraq. this will be the key reforms crucial role in ensuring fair and transparent management of public funds.[/ltr]
[ltr]The process of improving the management of the economic assets of the country's vital factor contributes to strengthening infrastructure and improving the quality of services provided to Iraqi citizens. He congratulated Jones According to the statement the Government of Iraq on these new reforms, stressing its implementation at the national and local levels in the governorates.[/ltr]
[ltr]And he stressed that these new reforms will help in the supervision of the capital investment of the government's budget, worth 400 billion US dollars, as well as that these reforms are of their importance in solving the problem of delays that led to the suspension of nearly 4,000 projects, as it will ensure the availability of better prospects for the government to sign contracts with solid reputable firms which reduces conflicts, corruption and waste to a large degree.[/ltr]
