    Constitution: is the supreme law which set out the basic rules for the form of the State

    on the constitutionality of laws and legislation and judicial decisions,

    irrevocable.

    Republic of Iraq in its doors in accordance with the basic principles,
    and civil and political rights, and economic and social rights and
    cultural rights, and liberties, and federal authorities ((legislative,
    judicial, and executive)) and the general provisions.
