    Abdul Samad said, "The parliamentary advocate mass will make every effort to amend the paragraphs of the draft of this law in order to achieve a balance between the strata of society which we emphasized in the House of Representatives session after you finish reading the bill directly as we do not allow to enrich the class in exchange for depriving a large class represents our people. "
    The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim, expressed "disappointment" the existence of significant financial concessions in the House bill.
    Hakim said according to a statement by his press office said the law "violates the reform approach, which had hoped the sons of our people applied by members of the House of Representatives before other Iraqi state officials," he said. "As we reject categorically any legislation that includes a circumvention of the process of reform, we will resort to ways legal and constitutional to prevent the passing of this law. "
     
    The bill includes provisions granted broad privileges for MPs as well as giving them the benefits of equality of ministers also gives the president of Parliament to initiate departments and special sections and grades
